  • I support clients in finding ways to listen to their bodies creating a better feedback loop between environment and body to understand what needs are–or are not being met, and how we can address what our body is trying to tell us.

During 1:1 conversations with my clients, we move through questions to help you envision what could be next.

I help clients do the following and more...

    • Discover the undeniable agency they have in their lives.

    • Connect to their values and how those values craft their behaviors.

    • Listen to the voices in the pit of their stomach and back of their heads to better understand their longings

    • Identify if they are at a point of change and then navigate moving through changing behaviors to achieve their goals
